Estrogen who are you?

As you can see on the chart estrogen receptors are in many areas of a woman’s body. They communicate with your brain to do their jobs. When are estrogen starts fluctuating, so does the communication causing many different symptoms. Hot flashes seem to get the most attention because they are so annoying. Other symptoms are brain fog, sleeplessness, heart fluctuations, panic attacks, low libido, vagina dryness, digestive issues, to name a few. Unfortunately there are silent symptoms such as elevated cholesterol, thyroid disfunction, muscle loss, bone loss, these we would only notice with our doctors doing tests.
